Ben has specialized in advising organizations on their real estate strategies for the last 10+ years. Ben spent seven years with Cushman & Wakefield advising both domestic and international firms on their real estate portfolios prior to launching Monarch Commercial Real Estate in 2020.

Brian is a driven corporate real estate executive responsible for facilitating the delivery of real estate services in the areas of strategic planning, portfolio administration, transaction management and project management to multimarket and multinational portfolio clients. Throughout his 20 year career, Brian has been involved in more than 1,200 transactions valued at $830MM in total consideration.

An award-winning developer in the multifamily sector, Brian is also able to lend a honed skill set and capital markets perspective to his corporate clients exploring development opportunities.


Kyle is a strategic real estate advisor to tenants, buyers, and sellers across a wide variety of industries and product types. He is an experienced consultant for businesses and investors across the Twin Cities, utilizing his deep market knowledge and strong financial acumen. Kyle leads his clients through all phases of a transaction from site search, lease/purchase negotiation, and contractor selection to market studies, opinion of value, and marketing a property.

Prior to joining Monarch CRE, Kyle was integral to developing a corporate real estate strategy for Entrust, a Twin Cities-based corporation. He spent four years overseeing the portfolio, from site search to occupancy for 3,000+ employees in 25 countries. He was responsible for developing and executing real estate strategies yielding 30 percent savings across the portfolio through entity consolidations, relocations, and right-sizing. With experience leading numerous domestic and international assignments, he can be trusted with client transactions in the local market and beyond.
