DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION

Finalize Design • Submit for City Building Permit and Landlord Approval • Conduct Regular Construction Meetings with Project Team • Liaison for Resolution of Any Landlord Issues

PROCUREMENT & RELOCATION

Coordinate Movers, Low Voltage, Sign  Vendors, Etc. • Procure FF&E and Technology • Decommission Old Space • Move Into New Space

LEASE ADMINISTRATION

Provide Lease Abstract and/or Login Credentials • Digitize Dates and Dollars • Prepare Notification Dates • CAM Audits
